Pending Home Sales Near Their Lowest Point in 2015

Is the real estate streak of 2015 finally fizzling? The Pending Home Sales Index from the National Association of Realtors®, which measures homes under contract but not yet sold, reported a 2.3% decline in sales from August to September. That’s a steeper decline than the July-to-August drop of 1.4%.
